Testing Information for Students
All families are now required to make a choice on COVID-19 testing at the start of the new school year. If you have not already opted-in, please click here for more information. Please note: Opt-in allows the testers to conduct weekly testing. Parents must register and consent in the Primary.Health Portal OR UCSD in order to be tested.
Directions for testing with Responsive Lab Partners (Elementary/Middle/Alternative Schools):
Go to the Primary Health Portal to register for an account for your child. Please sign the consent in the portal and select the school that your child attends. No subsequent appointments are necessary.

Direction for testing with UCSD (Comprehensive High Schools):
1. From a Computer or Smartphone: Go to the link below for your child's school and pick a time slot (these time slots are general and won’t be held to exact time). Please complete the registration for your child for that appointment time.
2. Complete the following online forms (English Forms | Spanish Forms) for your child, or fill out a paper form and return to the Health Office at your child's school (you may also pick up these forms at your child's school):

3. 24-48 Hours after the testing date, you will receive an email from UCSD to sign up for a MyChart account. This account will have your child's COVID-19 testing results.
